工作說明：

1. Providing quality internal reports to operations management and board of directors, assisting in capital project preparation/analysis and financial disclosure needs requested by the top management

2. Analyze financial results and provide the management with a clear understanding of the business performance;

3. Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective actions when required

4. Support the management team in the achievement of the KPI target

5. Recommendation to top management for profit improvement measures

6. To make and review the bank reconciliation with treasury department daily to keep the gaming points in line with the cash balance

7. Others related to the bank and games platform should be dealt with in time.

8. To optimize the specific procedure to make much better communication with other departments.

9. To train the employees on the accounting policies.

10. Continuously improve the internal control.

11. Supervise and development the controlling team.

12. Others task assigned and ad hoc.

其他條件： 1. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Management. 5+ years experience in financial accounting, reporting, planning & analysis, at least 2 years of management experience

2. Excellent presentation skills

3. Energetic, highly motivated and self-confident

4. Excellent knowledge in MS-Software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

5. Demonstrated ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness to develop, implement and manage most complex accounting and financial practices

6. Very strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities.

7. Good command of English
